Service Description

This is the time to get to know your health concerns and weight-loss goals. You will get to review the programs available and decide what is best for you.

Cancellation Policy

Please call to cancel and/or change an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you fail to cancel or show up for your appointment, you will be charged for that appointment time. If you fail to show up virtually (within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time), you will be charged for that appointment time.
